Our program is periodized, meaning that every class/week follows the principle of progressive overload, so classes get harder as the program continues. We also have several options available for each exercise to help adjust the workout to your fitness level. Classes will be held outside during good weather, and inside during bad weather/seasonal changes.
Each class will be focused more on cardio training as well as making connection time for you and your baby. Bodyweight circuits, interval training, cardio, and core rehab will also come into play for a well-rounded experience.

For those of you who like to train from the comfort of your own home or while on the go, we have you covered! Our virtual training sessions are offered over Zoom for convenience. Each session will be 50 minutes long, with 4 sessions total.
