Stephanie Paplinskie
Founder

Stephanie Paplinskie is a prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist, professor, and business owner with over a decade of experience specializing in resistance training during and after pregnancy.

Paige Lovecky
Kinesiology Assistant

One of our Kinesiology students, Paige is also a certified swim instructor with experience in competitive swimming, cardio and weight training.

Kate McNaughton
Kinesiology Assistant

Another of our Kinesiology students, Kate plays for the women's rugby team at Western. She is passionate about fitness and understanding the effects of training on pregnant and new mothers.
